Welcome to Synergy Performance and Balance UK.  As human sports massage specialists we offer massage therapy as a manual complementary or alternative therapy in the Ackworth and Pontefract area (further afield by prior arrangement) of West Yorkshire.

My aim is to create synergy within the body through manual therapy and touch, impacting upon the physiological processes of the body including the muscular and nervous pathways.
